Greetings! Today I’m thrilled to announce a new category of posts that I’ll be doing – basically photography but with a poem of mine as well. 😉 The poems won’t be the greatest though I will say that I like quite a few of the pictures. XD Also, Tess , Jo and I are all running for Queen of the World!

When all the flowers are blooming
Not with the youth of summer
But the age and wisdom of summer
And the grass is so green yet so yellow.
You know that it’s the middle of summer
When the ripples and roughhousing of the brook
Seems to mock the daintiness of spring
When the sun shines to the extremes
And shadows dance on the sidewalks.
You know it’s the middle of the summer
When you feel oh-so carefree
And you could run with the wind forever
And you could do all the silly things
And just laugh like nobody cares.
You know that it’s the middle of the summer
When you take a million selfies outside
All with your besties with your cute sunnies
And sipping lemonade as you laugh and chat
About happy, happy carefree things.
Cause even if your life spun out of focus
It’s the middle of the summer, oh yes it is.
Well, that was fun to write! Also, on another note, I CUT MY HAIR. :O I haven’t cut it in 4 years, so…it was slightly terrifying. It used to be down to my waist and now it’s a bit above my shoulders, so quite a drastic difference! 😀 It was fun, though. 😛
I love summer, don’t you? Though, I have to homeschool through it so not that great. 😕 But still, it’s summer! I hope you have a great one!

No, actually. XD Basically, Tess, Jo and I were chatting in our NaNo cabins, and we got to talking about who should be the Queen of the World. XD I’ll do a post about it later. 😉

Aww, you put glasses on Misty! THAT’S SO CUTE! I wish I could do that to Cyrus. Every time we try he flings them off.

YOU CUT YOUR HAIR?!?!? 0_0 OH MY GOSH I WOULD CRY AND HATE THEM FOREVER IF SOMEONE CUT MY HAIR. It’s down to my waist and I still don’t think it’s long enough. My “Aunt” Jessi says if it gets any longer I’ll start having migraines, but I don’t believe her. Crosses eyes and sticks out tongue

I think short hair is cute, I just wouldn’t look good AT ALL with short hair. And notice I said “cute,” not “pretty.” There’s a difference. (OW MY EAR WHY)

Ooh, very nice! Hmm, well my favorite season seems to change, you see, starting in July I want it to be October, then in late November I want Christmas and winter, by the time March comes around I’m extremely tired of winter and desperately want spring. In spring, I wish it was summer. Quite interesting? (can anyone relate) I have to say though, my favorite season is probably early fall. (September and October) (maybe December too) XD 😉

Ah yes, I totally relate to that! Back in winter my favorite season was spring/summer, now that it’s summer I think my favorite season is winter. XD I guess that they never turn out quite as good, right?
