So long, farewell, I hate to say Adieu…BUT NOT FOREVER. I’m pretty sure half of you are freaking out because I’ve slowly been departing the rest of my blogs (Poem in… More
Wonderful news – I have been nominated for a trio of tags by Lizzy, Rebekah, and Arunima. Coincidentally, each of these bloggers has had something exciting happen to them recently! Lizzy has a beautiful new design, Rebekah now has a brand new personal blog, and Arunima has hit 100 followers!! Therefore, let us proceed with the post.
I am very happy to introduce my new work-in-progress which should have been written weeks ago…🤫(My computer brought back the touchscreen keyboard which has emojis, and I’m actually overjoyed) Anyways, it is my greatest pleasure to announce the writing of…
So, everybody’s here heard of Rebekah, right? WELL, IF YOU HAVEN’T THEN GO FOLLOW STUFFIE ADVENTURES RIGHT NOW SO YOU WILL HAVE HEARD OF IT. Stuffie Adventures is one of the best things of my life, so hurry up and follow. No, I’m not being dramatic. Yes, I’m slightly crazy.
Well, today, I am so, so, so ecstatic to present her…*drumroll* *trumpets* *screaming* *cheering* *dancing* *hugging* *singing* NEW PERSONAL BLOG. AHHHHHHH! She’s retired blogging on Head in the Clouds, (I know how that feels!) and is now blogging on her brand new blog, Tunes of my Heart which I personally think is…indescribable.
Hello! I am sitting in an airport expecting to wait for two hours and then hop on a fifteen-hour flight. Let me repeat that, FIFTEEN HOURS. So, since I brought my laptop and the airport has free wifi, *happy dance* why not blog” So, I’m bringing today a freestyle poem that I am making up as I go along. So, I’m going to rip off the “I’m Possible” quote and say that it will be imperfection. But the word itself says I’m Perfection. So original.
AH, these challenges go by so fast! :O I believe there’s only one more left?? Well anyways, I’m quite excited about today’s entry, and I hope you are too! So, what are we waiting for? Let’s get to it!
It was February the 12th, two days before a very special holiday. Valentine Aphrodite lived in the utopia of Diamond where the holidays dwelt and planned. The girl was popular – especially among teen boys – with dark red hair, gray eyes, and a smooth complexion. At this moment just before noon, she was talking with her best friend Easter.
BLEH. I have gone through three plots, and all of them flopped on me. *glares at them* *realizes that I made them so I should be glaring at myself* *tries to do said glaring at self* *realizes that’s physically impossible* *gives up* Hmm…so that’s what goes on in my brain every day. XD
All of the ideas, I really just love, but all of them as well…UGH. So that is why we are gathered here today for YOU to decide which one I should continue! Because what the personality test says: “If caught between a rock and a hard place, Protagonists can be stricken with paralysis, imagining all the consequences of their actions, especially if those consequences are humanitarian.” My, how dramatic…ally accurate!
It was a dark and stormy night. Ravens croaked from their black abode and one girl in a tall tower turned to her brother and…Hi guys! Inspired by this post I have decided to interview my older brother! He is a college freshman, sarcastic, a LEGO builder, amazing artist, and graphic designer. Everybody, please welcome Justin to On the Wings of a Dream!
Enni: On a scale of 1-10, how would your rate stainless steel?
Justin: You want me to be funny by using a joke about stainless steel? That’s kind of hard. Do you know any good stainless steel?
Whoop-whoop! It’s Challenge 3 of AAWC, and do you know what? Team Summer is in the lead! 😀 Keep it up, team! Anyways, for today’s story I only used on prompt:
I hope you enjoy this tale of old, (not really) and yippee for AAWC!
Where the Golden People Walk
Summer. Normally for fun-loving, carefree me, it meant parties, pools and days of monotony and pleasure. But not this year. Not since Mom had been diagnosed with brain cancer. We had prayed together for healing, but when the doctors had flatly told her that there was no hope and had sent her back home, we prepared ourselves for the best.
Yippee! It’s the second challenge, and I am hyped! As you know, I’m on Team Summer, and we’re in second place. 🙂 Come on, girls, we can do it! Anyways, I was extremely excited when I saw the prompt image which was…
There! It’s like it was made for my story – even the amount of chickens is spot-on. :O Anyways, let’s get on to the challenge.
I know, I know…three posts in a row…*sighs* Today I’ll be posting my entry for AAWC – Ardent Author’s Writing Challenge – that Zielle is hosting! 😀 I’m on Team Summer, and since nobody else on my team was posting pictures, I decided to go overload. 😛

Cluckity-cluck-cluck, I sang to myself as I hopped to the henhouse. Or, as it is impossible for a chicken to sing, I made a strange noise using my vocal chords that could be described as the sound of a dying hippopotamus. Not that I had ever seen or heard a hippopotamus, dying or alive, of course.
The yellow meadow grasses swayed in the wind, and I spotted a nice, green, tree that would prove to be lovely shade in this August’s heat.
